Why doesn’t the army want to outsource?

The Army doesn’t want to, that’s it! If you want to act, join the ranks! If you don’t, you are a stranger! That Bolshevik-Hitlerian slogan: “Whoever is not with us is against us!”

In my opinion, the forces of the Ukrainian resistance are losing fifty percent (at least!!!) of their technical and intellectual potential, which could otherwise improve our technological and organisational capabilities and save, if not hundreds, then at least tens of thousands of lives of our people.

Among the many reasons, the desire for undivided power, to which people in uniform are accustomed, is particularly pernicious. The gene of slavery does not allow for partnerships. Only complete submission. Those who have been interested will recognise the typical behaviour of Muscovites. Are we Muscovites? To a painfully large extent, yes. We come from the same camp. Both we and they. Although we had freedom, I repeat: WERE !!! more freedom than they had.

Outsourcing involves partnerships. You can’t give orders. You can’t bark and swear at them. You can’t send them to wear round things and roll square things at will. Who would agree to such an outrage?

Please, don’t tell me about the secrecy. Count the non-soldiers – officers and sergeants with Telegram, Viber, Tik-tok and Pin-UP on their mobile phones. And with a flaming Russian Windows on volunteer computers. This could have been avoided if normal outsourcers could have taken over.

If the army had invited us to cooperate instead of trying to swallow us whole, almost all of Ukraine’s business and education would have joined the cause. They would have found weaknesses, set goals, financed and done what the military is currently doing with great clownishness (and, of course, with appropriate funding). And they would have done it in the twenty-second! But they didn’t. They are used to taking by fear and violence. They use their own limitations to deprive their own assistants of resources and prospects. But business and intelligence are not asleep. They are raising the economies of Europe and the United States. And yet, despite everything, our private defence business is somehow, surprisingly, raising its head!

Yes, gentlemen of the professional military, we come from the Soviet school! Most people who are specialists do not want shoulder straps and bosses in boots. Nor do they want to die in battle. Are they cowards? Yes, they are! They are cowards. But a huge and self-sufficient army of these cowards could be of great help to the army and the country as a whole.

What is written here does not apply everywhere. There are smart commanders, smart leaders. Quietly, year after year, the results of partnerships are manifesting themselves. Ukrainians with Ukrainians. Often from abroad.
