To enter a state of love requires energy and unbreakable intention.
From the experience of..

Horror stories

To enter the human state, you need energy and unbreakable intention. A hungry, frightened, tired creature will not be able to enter that higher state. This is well known to the intelligence services, which use hunger, insomnia and torture to break down everything human and create obedient professional biorobots.

The Muscovites are doing the same thing now, attacking peaceful cities every night. People do not sleep, they are afraid. They are getting closer to the animal level. A sniper does the same thing, terrorising the enemy from an ambush, keeping them in great tension. The moment comes when the enemy fighters start to aggressively conflict with each other due to constant nervous tension. That is why snipers are so hated.

To make people join the army, our leaders chose the Soviet “cheap” version of violence (TCC), inciting fear and hatred of the army and the state as a whole, surpassing the Muscovites in lawlessness and cynicism, and zeroing in on the effectiveness of combat replenishment[1].

Horror stories became possible because people have mostly forgotten what it means to be human. They became abusers to each other: state leaders to their people, commanders to their soldiers[2]. And, interestingly, many people are not averse to becoming such leaders themselves and pressuring others!

Recognising the right to exist and the dignity of another person is a super-task! Respect through recognition, not fear. Is this something new? To recognise someone, you need to focus your attention, take an interest in them, overcome your habits and phobias, and perhaps forgive some offences. Not everyone can do this. You need a special kind of strength.

You need a special kind of strength!

How do you find this power?

Realise the value of each person: respect.

Accept the fact (or the idea, if you prefer) that every person has value for this world, even if you do not understand this value for yourself. If this person is not suitable for your business, it does not mean that they are bad. It means that he or she is suitable for other tasks. You cannot know the divine plan for this person. Therefore, even when training, instructing, or punishing such a person, remember to be respectful. You are dealing not just with a subordinate, but with a part of a higher power that has entered into interaction with you. Do not tease the higher power.

Look for the best traits in a person

The worst person always has some sparks of good qualities. These are the qualities you should look for in your communication. If, of course, you can do it. Train your attention to the good, the kind, the divine in a person. By the way, this is part of spiritual practice.

There are many studies and statements by spiritual authorities that there are humanoid beings who do not have human qualities[3]. The concentration of such beings in the government at all levels, as well as among criminals, is twenty to thirty times higher than among ordinary people. Perhaps this knowledge will help you. Therefore, the search for better traits is your self-improvement. It may be that the person you are dealing with does not have human qualities. But this is not a reason for disrespect. It is a reason to be aware and choose an appropriate line of behaviour.

Keep respect in mind at all times

Remembering respect every hour and every minute in your relationships with people and in accepting the results of their work. Remembering respect and gratitude is also a spiritual practice. Over time, this continuous practice elevates you to higher levels of energy. Friendly respect (friendliness) allows people to work together. Disrespect generates violence and a fall to the animal level of consciousness.

Remember to respect yourself as well. You are no less valuable to the world than any other person. You are not more important. Even if all humans disappear, our Earth will only breathe a sigh of relief. Stop fooling yourself with a sense of self-importance. But respect for yourself should be the same as for others. Protect respect.

Look for inspiration and joy wherever you can!

Remember the joyful events in your life, bring yourself small pleasures, do what you love more often, communicate with people who make you feel good and inspired.

Engage in energy practices and avoid energy traps

The first practice is physical activity, especially for men. Not a burden to the point of death, but a load that burns excess adrenaline. This is not very important for the military. It is more important not to get torn up.

Avoid alcohol wherever possible. To get drunk is to give yourself to the power of lower forces. There is no light there! Avoid it, reduce your use, brag about it to each other, and escape from the clutches of dark entities! A person under the influence of alcohol or drugs has no will of his own. It makes no sense to communicate and work with them until they sober up. Avoid them!

Sleep mode. For the military, this is almost unattainable, but if you fall asleep before 23.00, your nervous system recovers. You can fall asleep from 20.00, at sunset. Then you need less time to sleep. Not 7-8 hours, but 4-5 hours. Military commanders can take this into account when organising duty shifts and rehabilitating mentally exhausted soldiers. Just let them sleep whenever possible, from 20-21 pm and until 00.00 at least, and preferably until 01.00

Stop reading the news!

Stop it! You have your professional news channels, you have your hobbies. There is something you can influence. The rest is wild garbage! It attracts the fear zones of our brain, because there are six to nine times more of them than pleasure zones. It’s clear that news is aimed at a bigger target: fear. It’s been proven in practice: a complete rejection of general news (Ukrnet, Google, YouTube) has absolutely no effect on your awareness. There is almost zero information there, and 95% of the damage is done. Everything you need is available in professional channels, and even there we often find shit.

Spiritual practices and psychic training.

Spiritual practices and religion are two big differences. Spiritual practices are aimed at pumping up, developing your mental capabilities in the first place. Psychological, emotional stability, the ability to be uplifted in difficult situations, to be invulnerable to information and psychological operations, etc. The effect of these practices is not obvious, it is gradual.

  • Some common yoga practices (such as Namaskar chanting),
  • Practices of gratitude to the world and people for what you have in life and for life itself. The simplest is to wish everyone happiness. “I wish everyone happiness!” repeat for 15-20 minutes whenever you have free time. While driving, in transport, while waiting. Instead of staring at Facebook or TikTok.
  • Meeting the Sun
  • Positive affirmations
  • Breathing techniques: calm, balance, concentration, recovery. Breathing techniques are widely used in military special forces. Be careful with pranayama! Pranayama is a part of the systemic practice of yoga and can destroy your psyche if you practice it separately!
  • Meditation. For example, concentration on breathing. The feeling of inhaling and exhaling. There are variants of lying meditation, where the task is to count a hundred inhalations and exhalations and not lose track. Contemplation of fire, contemplation of the water of the sea or pond (be careful with flowing water! Long contemplation is undesirable), contemplation of the horizons and heavens, clouds. Contemplation of the stars in the sky: a fantastic exercise for restoring visual acuity. Whoever knows, practices it!

Keeping yourself in a human, not animal, state requires regular and considerable effort. The way to do this: awareness of being human, regular practice, and a circle of like-minded people.

  1. Much has been said and written about effective ways of mobilisation. More about this in the following publications.
  2. Although Yuriy Butusov believes that the problems in our army are the result of a broken system, I correct him: the main problem is the Soviet, slave psychology of a large part of the command, not to mention the rest of the personnel. In units with normal commanders, people adapt the system to suit themselves and work on the basis of mutual assistance and mutual respect. But the “scoop” enjoys superiority, neglect, exploitation, fraud with soldiers’ salaries and the sale of ammunition.
  3. I disagreed with this for a very long time, but now I recommend reading this article. It describes the phenomenon in a vivid and accessible way. An entire section of the website is dedicated to the issue. Despite the “atypicality” of the Narodnyi Obyazhach website, many of the materials on it are of direct practical value.
