The role of the Warrior Leader: Embodying the principles, ideology, and ideas of the mentor, Communicating with the Republic. In extreme cases, the tendency of warrior leaders to create structures tends to authoritarianism, to create structures for the sake of structures, and then to defend such structures at the cost of their lives.
