How to put it into practice

1. Declare in the Constitution the main goal of the Republic. A society whose goal is to create conditions for each of its members to achieve happiness. That is, conditions for everyone to follow their vocation without harming others.
2. Restore and adjust the people’s system of nominating leaders. Also in the Constitution.
   1. The electoral system: Local community elects local leaders. The professional community elects elected leaders to higher levels of government. Rules are set by the Constitution. Restore the natural way of election through the Constitution. To do this, hold a referendum on constitutional amendments (return of previously taken away rights of the people)
   2. Clearly define the criteria for elected officials to local and higher governance bodies. These criteria are described in non-legal form in worldview sources: Mentors and Champion Leaders. Enshrine these criteria in an appropriate form that ordinary people can understand in the Constitution.
   3. Ensure that the community knows and agrees on the rules and criteria for selecting leaders. At the legislative or constitutional level, provide for systems of training and testing of knowledge of these rules and criteria among people who will participate in the system of leadership nomination.
   4. Provide mechanisms for protection against abuse of the system, recall of inappropriate leaders by the community, and protection of leaders from manipulation of the community’s consciousness. First and foremost, these are mechanisms for understanding how the system of nomination and activity of our leaders works. This knowledge should, as the saying goes, make all citizens’ teeth fall out. There is no more important knowledge for society.

3. Start thinking, dreaming, figuring out what share of social work and in what direction you are ready to take on!

Who will do it?

1. If this idea and principles find a response in the hearts and minds of people, the first thing that will encourage them to take action is our leaders, the leaders of the country whom we have already elected. It is these leaders who can drive change.
2. If the leaders are not ready, or if the idea and principles do not resonate with people, then this idea is not yet relevant. We read the step-by-step instructions and try it on ourselves. Only on yourself. And then we decide for ourselves whether this idea is timely or whether we still need to grow up to it. It doesn’t matter how: through wars, cataclysms, or external governance of the country. Or maybe everything will work itself out?
